Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma
Kaisy Knott's Bio
Kaisy is not your normal 11 year old. I’m told she is a 6th grader at Windsor Knolls Middle School, but I think she is a 40 year old midget and I’m going to tell you why I think this. She is an over the top achiever. She not only shows her Shorthorn cattle in 4-H but she breeds and raises them herself along with marketing her hogs! She is on the 4-H judging team and loves being a part of the barrel races at the J Bar W Ranch where she is much loved by the Williams family. She has a passion for hunting, 4 wheeling, and making hay on the family John Deere tractor. She has won every Peddle Pull contest she has ever entered! And if that weren’t enough, she has a smile that will melt your heart. She is a worker and fighter, but now she is in a much bigger fight, a fight for her life.
Kaisy has just been diagnosed with Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG), childhood brain cancer. This is every parent’s nightmare. We are asking for your love and help for this family in their hour of need. First we need all of your prayers for healing and strength not only for Kaisy, but also for her parents, David and Melany as well as her siblings. Second, we need financial support. 100% of any monies donated will go to the support and care of this family. I have never known any more loving, hardworking and caring child and family. Please join me in standing in the gap for this family just as Jesus stands in the gap for us.
