A Family FUNomenonal Day packed full
of FUN for everyone
General Admission $35 Ticket includes:
Nashville Recording Artists the Oak
Ridge Boys, and Margaret Durante, as
well as local talent. IBR Bull Riding
Extravaganza, Crafts, Sloppy Joes, Hot
Dogs, Hamburgers, French Fries, Bottled
Water, Soft Drinks, and much more.
Children $10 Ticket: Children ages 6
to 13 must have a child ticket and 5 and
under are free. All children must be
accompanied by an Adult. Includes: Kids
Land, Magic Shows, Pony Rides, Moon
Bounce, Clowns, Face Painting, Food,
Drinks, and more. A surprise visit by
Cinderella, Snow White, and Shrek.
With special Appearance by Frederick
Keys Keyote.
Something new has been added to the
event that is included in the price of
admission. Each ticket holder will have
the opportunity to bring in an item, be
it an antique or collectible, and hear
what the experts have to say about it.
Several folks have volunteered their
time to share their knowledge in
different fields of antiques and
collectibles, and answer questions you
might have about a cherished item. Or,
find out if that recent yard sale find
was a “deal” or a “dud”. Additional
items may be brought for evaluation for
a nominal charge.
For
additional cost: Beer Garden and Vendors
available.
Proceeds
benefit the Patty Pollatos Fund which
helps local cancer victims’ funds,
families in crisis, and other local
charities. NO pets,
coolers, or golf carts.

Event Rules for Family Fundraiser FUNomenon
1.
General Admission Ticket(s) must be presented for admission to
the grounds.
2. Children Tickets
($10.00) provide admission to the grounds, all
activities and free food during the event but –
ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR DOOR PRIZES. YOU MUST BE 14
OR OLDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A DOOR PRIZE.
3. Ticket holders need not be present to win.
All winners will be notified. Unsold tickets
remain property of the PPF, Inc.
4. Prizes must be claimed within thirty (30)
days of drawing.
5. Prizes not claimed will be forfeited to the
PPF, Inc.
6. Winners not present are responsible for
delivery costs.
7. Ticket purchasers assume any and all
responsibility/liability pertaining to this
event including travel to and from the event,
attendance at the event, and ownership and use
of any prizes won.
8. Title, registration fees, Federal, State, and
local taxes will be the responsibility of the
winner.
9. All
Federal, State, and local laws and regulations
apply.
10. If for any reason the Family Fundraiser
FUNomenon Event is cancelled, all ticket monies
will be refunded.
11. When a $35
General Admission ticket is pulled for a door
prize it will no longer be eligible for another
door prize.
12.
NO Pets,
Coolers, Golf Carts, or Alcohol permitted onto
the grounds.
13. Proper Photo ID required to claim door
prizes.
14. When paying by check or money order include:
Driver’s license number, home phone number, and
mailing address. A returned check will be
assessed a $30 fee.
15. When paying with credit card please include:
Name, address with zip, type of card, card
number, expiration date, and phone number. |

Mission Statement
The Patty Pollatos Fund, Inc. is an independent and
non-sectarian 501(c)(3) and community-based non-profit that operates
with an all-volunteer workforce to educate and assist local families and
individuals in Maryland about economic opportunities, raise funds and
assist in raising funds for families during the temporary financial
strain caused by cancer, spinal cord injuries, heart, liver or kidney
transplants which knows no income level. We stand in the gap for other
non-profits in their hour of need and we also provide assistance, as
needed, with national disasters.
